Sandy Creek Park is open year-round and offers numerous campsites, 71 of Bandy Creek Campground is one of, if not the, nicest campground I’ve stayed in. The majority of the sites are shaded with plenty of room, nice picnic tables, bear safe food storage vaults, and fire pits.
Bandy Creek Campground Walk is a 5.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Rugby, Tennessee that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, camping, nature trips, and horses and is best used from March until October.
